Storage batteries manufacturer and distributor Arenq has announced a long-term partnership with Kerala Automobiles (KAL) for supply of motors, motor controllers and batteries.
The companies will jointly conduct R&D for new designs and product development. Arenq has also forged a three-year association with KAL for distribution of E-vehicles in Kerala and Maharashtra.
V G Anil, Head of Operations, Arenq, said, “As of now, we are their E-vehicle distributor in Kerala and Maharashtra but will expand our footprint across India.'
P.V. Saseendran, MD, KAL, added, “Our newly formed association will help fulfill our battery requirements for our vehicles. This partnership will also help bolster the distribution of e-vehicles with constant support from Arenq.
