Kia India announced on Thursday that it has delivered 200 units of the Kia EV6 to customers since its launch in June 2022. Interestingly, at the time of the launch, the company planned to deliver only 100 units. It is planning to increase the total allocation of EV6 further in 2022 and complete most of the pending deliveries within this year.

Myung-sik Sohn, Chief Sales Officer, Kia India, noted that going forward, the company’s focus will be on completing the deliveries of all the existing and new bookings at the earliest.

Based on the Hyundai Motor Group’s E-GMP, the Kia EV6 is available in two trim levels in India, GT Line 2WD and GT Line AWD.

The EV packs in a 77.4 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, generating 229ps electric power in 2WD and 325ps in the AWD variant.
