Kia Launches 2024 Refreshed Carens With Enhanced Features, Trim Options

In a move to enhance customer convenience, all models now come equipped with a 180W charger, offering faster charging capabilities compared to the previous 120W charger.

Kia India has unveiled the 2024 refreshed Carens, expanding its trim lineup and introducing new features to cater to diverse customer preferences. The latest addition includes a new 6-speed 1.5 Diesel manual transmission in the U2 1.5 VGT engine variant, bringing the total trim options to an impressive 30.

Among the enhancements is the introduction of an upgraded X-Line model, designed to elevate exclusivity with premium features like a dashcam, all-window auto up & down with voice commands, and expanded 7-seating options. The Carens X-Line, originally launched in October 2023, now offers even more sophistication and convenience.

In the refreshed lineup, the Prestige +(O) variant in 7DCT and 6AT come with renowned feature - the 'Sunroof', along with LED map and room lamps. The Prestige (O) variant offers the choice of six or seven seating capacity, along with a leatherette-wrapped gear knob, smart key with push-button start, LED rear combination lamp, LED DRL, and positioning lamp.

Additionally, the Premium (O) trim enhances convenience with keyless entry, an eight inch D/Audio system, Shark Fin antenna, steering wheel-mounted remote control, burglar alarms, and bolstered safety features.

The Carens also introduces a new colour option - Pewter Olive, adding to the existing choices of eight monotone and three dual-tone options, along with one exclusive colour for the X-Line variant.
