Lectrix EV, the electric mobility arm of SAR Group, has announced the launch of new two-wheeler EVs equipped with 93 changing features at a starting price of INR 100,000. These include 36 safety features, 24 smart features, 14 comfort features, and many more. As per the company, the focus is on providing modern, safe, intelligent, and connected mobility. The LXS G vehicles have been tested for over two lakh km and will accept updates over the air. The company said it is running a promotion under which a discount of INR 5,000 will be offered to customers till August 16, 2023.
K Vijaya Kumar, MD & CEO, Lectrix EV, stated, “Lectrix is not doing EV merely because we can do it well, but because great quality, affordable, and connected mobility of the future is what young Indian Gen Z need for them to go forward. Because easy, affordable, and clean personal mobility is the key to unlocking progress. We want to make it easy and risk-free for Gen Z to shift to electric mobility.”
The LXS G scooters will be available Pan-India at the company’s dealership partners. It will be available with a 2.3KW and a 3kw battery, offering over 100 kms in range.
