Lumax Auto Technologies (LAT) has received information that certain entities are circulating unsolicited/unauthorised SMS / Whatsapp messages regarding the shares/securities of the company.
The company, via an official statement, noted that it strongly condemns the circulation of such messages. 'Circulation of such posts is not only detrimental to the interest of investors but also adversely affects the integrity of the securities market,' the statement read.
It continued, 'LAT strongly advises to ignore any such unsolicited financial advice and requests investors to exercise appropriate due diligence before dealing in the shares of the company on the basis of the information made available on the website of the company and stock exchanges.'
