SAIC owned MG Motor India on Tuesday announced that its next gen Hector will feature a  new 14-inch HD Portrait Infotainment System.

Conceptualised as a ‘Symphony of Luxury’, the company said that the system will offer the customers a cinematic and immersive experience.

The company recently announced that the ongoing generation of the SUV has sold more than 80,982 units ever since its introduction in 2019 while in total the company has been able to deliver over one lakh units of its products in the last three years.

The carmaker entered the Indian market with the Hector SUV in August 2019. At the time it was marketed as the India’s first internet car.

Recently the SUV got a minor facelift with which it got 8-step CVT automatic option for the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine.
