ReadyAssist and Okaya EV have announced a strategic partnership to provide a full stack aftersales service and emergency assistance to the latter's B2B and B2C customers. 

The partnership aims to extend support and comprehensive services to Okaya customers, ensuring a hassle-free and convenient experience during vehicle emergencies, roadside assistance and maintenance services across the country.

Under this partnership, ReadyAssist will provide Okaya's B2B customers with exclusive annual maintenance services. This programme is tailor-made to cater to the unique requirements of the electric vehicle fleet, ensuring smooth operations, minimising downtime, and maximising efficiency for businesses.
