Sonalika Tractors has seen a 26% jump in domestic sales in January to 9741 units. A press release says that the growth is a result of displaying tractor prices on the official website and a transformational customer-centric approach.
Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director, International Tractors, said, that the company has been witnessing huge influx on its website as well as dealerships. The approach has addressed a big issue for farmers and by ensuring such transparency in the tractor buying process, Sonalika has been further reinforcing farmer’s trust in the brand.
