Utility vehicle maker Mahindra & Mahindra on Friday announced that the bookings for the newly unveiled Scorpio N will commence from July 30, 2022, 11 AM onwards at INR 21,000.

According to a press release from the vehicle maker, bookings will be accepted on first come first serve basis and the delivery dates for the vehicle will depend on this along with the variant chosen.

Additionally, to provide customer-centric approach the company is also providing Booking Amendment Window option under which customers can edit the variant and choice of color booked until August 15 midnight.

In this scenario, the variant selected by August 15 will be considered the final booking without affecting the benefit of introductory pricing for the first 25,000 bookings, the company noted.

In terms of delivery, the company plans to start dispatching the vehicle from September 26, 2022 onwards. Initially, it aims to roll out 20,000 units of the new SUV until December 2022 and as per the customer enquiry trends Mahindra stated that Z8L variant has been prioritised to match customer expectations at the time of delivery.

Finance Options 

In collaboration with its finance partners, the SUV maker has also launched its new FinN finance scheme exclusive to Scorpio N.

Under the scheme the customers can choose from various options available, suiting their requirements from interest rate of 6.99%, highest tenure of up to ten years, and highest funding of up to 100% of the on-road price.

With introductory prices starting at INR 11.99 lakh ex-showroom, India for the base Z2 trim level and going upto INR 21.45 lakh for the top spec Z8L AT variant, the carmaker aims to target several segments starting from compact SUV to d-segment SUVs with the new vehicle.

Ever since the introduction of the brand Scorpio, the company has managed to sell over eight lakh units of the same over the last two decades.
