Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd (SMIPL) today announced the production of 1 million two-wheelers within the financial year 2023-24, showcasing a remarkable display of dedication to excellence and innovation. Since its establishment in February 2006, SMIPL has consistently expanded its presence in the industry, delivering high-quality, reliable, and innovative two-wheelers to riders across the nation.
Rajneesh Kumar Mehta, Executive Vice President of Production at Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd, expressed his gratitude for this remarkable achievement, stating, 'Achieving the production of one million units in less than a year is a remarkable accomplishment for Suzuki Motorcycle India. To meet the increasing demand for Suzuki Two-Wheelers, both domestically and overseas, we have surpassed our original installed capacity of 1 Million Units per year.'
Mehta further commended the dedication and ingenuity displayed by the workforce and engineers in operating the plant at peak capacity while enhancing delivered capacity. He extended his appreciation to all employees and suppliers whose collective efforts made this milestone possible.
