The Chennai based two-wheeler manufacturer, TVS Motor Company, on Wednesday launched the new iQube e2W in three trim levels- the base variant, S and ST trim.
Priced at INR 98,564, on-road Delhi, including FAME and State subsidy, the base variant comes with the company designed battery specification of 3.4 kWh and delivers a claimed 100 km on-road range per charge.
It also features a 5-inch TFT with TVS SMARTXONNECT platform, which has been enhanced with an improved navigation system, telematics unit, anti-theft and geofencing features, along with Alexa skillset.
While the S trim level with the same battery and claimed range is priced at INR 108,690, on-road Delhi, including FAME and State subsidy, and features a 7-inch TFT, with 5-way joystick for interaction, music control, theme personalisation, proactive notifications, including vehicle health.
Deliveries for both the base and the S variant have commenced today with availability across 33 cities.
The company said that it plans to add 52 additional cities in the future.
The top of the line ST trim get a bigger 5.1 kWh battery pack with a better 140 km of claimed on-road range per charge. Currently available for booking, the deliveries for this variant will commence soon, the release added.
On top of the existing features on the S trim, the ST trim adds 4G telematics and OTA updates along with a 1.5kW fast-charging and two-helmet under-seat storage of 32 litres.
The other two trims come with options for 950W and 650W off-board chargers with charging time of 3-4.5 hours.
