In a move that combines performance and auditory delight, Volkswagen India has unveiled the Sound Edition on its GNCAP 5-Star safety-rated Taigun and Virtus models. The Sound Edition is now available across dealerships in India, exclusively offered on the 1.0L TSI Topline variants of Taigun and Virtus. With prices starting at INR 16.32 lakh (ex-showroom India) for Taigun and INR 15.51 lakh (ex-showroom India) for Virtus. These editions promise to elevate the driving experience by introducing a specially-tuned audio system enhancing occupant experience.
Beyond the auditory enhancements, the Sound Edition brings a touch of aesthetics to the Taigun and Virtus models. Boasting a Sound Edition badge and graphics, this edition stands out with its features such as Electric Front Seats (a first in the segment), Puddle Lamps, and Footwell Illumination. The ‘Sound’ branding on front A-Pillar Tweeters adds a touch of sophistication.
Available in four striking colour options - Lava Blue, Carbon Steel Grey, Wild Cherry Red, and Rising Blue, customers can now choose a hue that matches their personal style. Additionally, a dual-tone colour scheme with a white roof and white ORVM caps is exclusively available for the Volkswagen Taigun Sound Edition.
The introduction of the Sound Edition coincides with Volkswagen's Big Rush celebrations, offering customers attractive benefits on the entire line-up of German-engineered, fun-to-drive, and 5-star safety-rated cars, including the globally popular Tiguan.
