Ms Rashmi Urdhwareshe is the incumbent President of SAEIndia. She headed India's leading homologation and certification body - the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) as its Director before taking over this role. Born in Nagpur to professor parents, Ms Urdhwareshe grew up to be an NCC cadet, a state-level bridge champion, an avid sports enthusiast at school and a trained sitarist.
