Ashok Leyland has announced the appointment of Shenu Agarwal as MD & CEO of the company with immediate effect. Agarwal joined the company from Escorts Kubota, where he was President.
In his new role, he will drive the company's technology development, growth, and future strategy towards achieving its vision of being among the top ten commercial vehicle players globally.
Earlier, he was Chief Executive of the agribusiness for more than seven years and associated closely with the transformation of Escorts.
