Ashok Leyland has launched the ecomet Star 1915 truck with a GVW of 18.49T in the ICV segment, offering a payload capacity of 12.91T (6.1m HSD). The truck also offers improved fuel efficiency, faster turnaround time, extended tyre durability, longer service intervals, and reduced overall maintenance expenses.
It has a standard wider 2.34m load body in both day and sleeper cabin options. It also has the option of 350L and 185L fuel tanks and heavy-duty aggregates for higher durability. The ecomet Star 1915 is positioned to address the logistical demands of Ashok Leyland’s customers in applications like e-commerce, parcel delivery, transportation of fresh produce, auto parts, FMCG, and more.
