The acquisition of Mistral Solutions, a domestic leader in semiconductor, embedded electronics, defence and product engineering capabilities, has been completed by Axiscades Technologies, leading end-to-end technology and engineering solutions, the latter has announced.
Axiscades acquired Mistral in 2017 and executed its integration into the company across four phases. The aggregate acquisition cost was INR 296 crore.
The integration of Mistral into Axiscades bolsters the company’s ability in the digital engineering, embedded electronics and systems engineering domains.
David Bradley, Chairman, Axiscades Technologies, said the partnership will enable Axiscades to build upon a complementary portfolio of offerings and allow it to scale-up operations while delivering innovative solutions.
Arun Krishnamurthi, CEO and MD of AxiscadesTechnologies, said, “The collaboration with Mistral will provide us a complementary customer base and opportunities to cross-sell and expand our product and service portfolio, along with the ability to offer our global clientele, latest technologies in embedded electronics and chip design.”
