BMW India has introduced the 220i M Performance Edition, which will be launched on September 7, 2023. The bookings for the vehicle will commence from August 24, at INR 1.5 lakh.
Currently, the 2-series Gran Coupe is available in 220i M Sport and 220d M Sport variants in India. In the diesel guise, the vehicle is powered by a 2.0-litre engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, producing 187bhp and 400Nm of torque.
The petrol trim level of the vehicle features a two-litre four-cylinder engine with a seven-speed Steptronic sport automatic transmission, delivering an output of 190 hp and a maximum torque of 280 Nm.
