Goodyear Assurance Maxguard launch mobility outlook

Goodyear India has released the Assurance MaxGuard with enhanced grip and more robust impact protection. This new generation of full silica tread compound has 80% more silica, combined with a wet booster resin that adjusts to the road surface. This increases the contact area at a micro level whilst improving grip, especially under wet conditions.

To build a stronger tyre, the company leveraged the DuraGuard Technology to optimise compound materials and tyre construction. A two-layer carcass supports extra robustness ply with higher cord density and strength and two belts with high tensile steel to cope with unexpected cuts and impacts. Assurance MaxGuard is available in seven sizes and fits a wide range of mid-segment vehicles.

Sandeep Mahajan, Chairman & Managing Director, Goodyear India, mentioned that the launch of the Assurance MaxGuard is designed to deliver new levels of safety, enabling consumers to explore the unlimited possibilities on the road. The product's improved wet performance and reliable durability offer comprehensive protection.

“Goodyear has been a leader in tire innovation over the last 125 years and have continuously strived to provide top-of-the-line products that align seamlessly with the ever-evolving demands of our customers” he added.
