Hero Lectro has unveiled two models, the H4 and H7+, designed to redefine urban commuting in India. Priced at INR 32,499 and INR 33,499 respectively, these e-cycles are engineered to cater to the demand for sustainable and efficient short-distance travel solutions in the country. The H4, available in Mystic Purple and Distance Red, and the H7+ in Lava Red and Storm Yellow Grey, not only offer aesthetic appeal but also embody a fusion of functionality and innovation.

The inclusion of a key ignition system adds a layer of security, addressing a crucial aspect of urban commuting.

Sriram Sundresan, CEO of Firefox Bikes, emphasised the launch as a commitment to advancing sustainable mobility, stating that the H4 and H7+ are designed to infuse rides with excitement and eco-consciousness. The H4 is particularly positioned as a cost-effective alternative for smaller towns, potentially saving users up to INR 40,000 annually in ride costs. In contrast, the H7+ is targeted at urban commuters, offering a zero-pollution solution and the potential to reduce around 800 kg of CO2 emissions per year.

Both models boast a 250W BLDC Motor with a maximum speed of 25 kmph and an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance, ensuring durability across various conditions. The e-cycles come equipped with an array of features including an LED display, cushioned seats, disc brakes, and anti-skid pedals with reflectors. Specifically, the H7+ is enhanced with front suspensions and MTB Tyres for a comfortable ride on diverse terrains.

The H4 and H7+ are accessible across over 500 Firefox Bikes stores nationwide, reflecting Hero Lectro's commitment to expanding its footprint in the Indian e-mobility sector.
