Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) takes a step forward in customer service with the launch of the 'Smart Workshop' Mobile App, a pioneering innovation aimed at revolutionising the service experience for its customers.

The 'Smart Workshop' app empowers customers to monitor the progress of their vehicle's service in real-time through a single SMS link. As vehicles pass through various stages, from arrival to repair and eventual delivery, customers receive notifications at each stage, ensuring they stay informed about their vehicle's status at all times.

HMSI plans to roll out the 'Smart Workshop' Mobile App across all Authorised Main Dealer Service Centers nationwide by the end of the next year, starting with key cities such as Hyderabad, Jaipur, Pune, and Mumbai. This phased implementation promises direct benefits to customers, including reduced waiting times, better visibility into service readiness, transparent communication regarding additional job requests or recommendations, prompt response to feedback, and a smoother vehicle delivery process.
