HOP Electric has commenced deliveries of its flagship high-speed e-bikes, HOP OXO from Jaipur. The first batch of 2,500 units has been shipped. The start-up claimed to have garnered more than 10,000 bookings for the electric motorcycle.
The company informed that the deliveries of the first batch of vehicles are running slightly behind schedules due to changes in the guidelines of the Ministry of Heavy Industries' FAME II scheme and the introduction of new tests and standards.
Further, it plans to start deliveries in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal, and more States.

Priced at INR 1,24,999, the Hop OXO comes with a battery warranty for three years or 50,000 km, whereas the Hop OXO X will cost INR 1,39,999 and offers an unlimited battery warranty for four years.
