Inauguration Of 5th ACMA Automechanika New Delhi mobility outlook

The 5th edition of ACMA Automechanika New Delhi kicked off today at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, as part of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024. The expo, which is a prominent trade fair in the automotive aftermarket industry, has attracted over 500 exhibitors from India and 12 other countries, creating a dynamic platform for business engagements and the procurement of genuine auto parts and components.

ACMA Automechanika New Delhi is recognised as a key trade fair catering to a diverse visitor profile, including wholesalers, distributors, parts and components traders, professionals from car repair shops, garages, service stations, and fleet management. It serves as an avenue to foster new business opportunities and access authentic auto parts from leading global suppliers and manufacturers.

Day 1 commenced with an informative press meet featuring representatives from Messe Frankfurt GmbH, Germany, and Messe Frankfurt Middle East, organisers of Automechanika shows. The session provided the latest updates on upcoming editions in international geographies.

Day two is set to feature a knowledge session organised by associations to discuss the current scenario and plan the future roadmap for accelerating growth in the sector. A half-day conference on an overview of the aftermarket sector will be followed by a session from TechSci Research on 'Overview of the Aftermarket’s Current and Future Scenario' and two panel discussions.

The three-day trade fair concludes on February 3, 2024, with ACMA Automechanika New Delhi acting as a pivotal platform for exploring innovations, knowledge sharing, and facilitating business deals during and after the expo.

Raj Manek, Executive Director & Board Member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings Ltd, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “As the businesses are gearing up, this edition of ACMA Automechanika New Delhi 2024 has received an overwhelming response from the auto components aftermarket sector. The aftermarket space has immense potential and is expected to reach USD 14 Billion by 2028, and Automechanika provides the platform to our domestic component manufacturers to showcase their offerings at a global scale.”

ACMA Automechanika New Delhi covers an expansive 25,000 sqm, with participation from 12 countries, including Belgium, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Korea, Russia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, the USA, and the UAE, alongside India. Four dedicated international pavilions for Germany, Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand add to the global nature of the show. Leading brands like Celette India, J K Fenner, Mahle Aftermarket, Mansons International, NRB Bearings, RMP Bearings, Schaeffler, Subros, Minda Corporation, ZF India, Liqui Moly, Industrias Del Recambio, Sampa Otomotiv, and others are showcasing their products and solutions at the expo.
