Kawasaki India is retailing this motorcycle through its network of 97 dealers.

Kawasaki India has launched the W175 motorcycle at a starting price of INR 147,000 ex-showroom making it its most affordable motorcycle launched thus far in India.

To be sold in two themes, the premium version of the W175 has been priced at INR 149,000. Powered by a BS6 177cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, the motorcycle can generate a maximum power of 12.8bhp at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 13.2Nm at 6,000 rpm. The engine comes mated to a five-speed gearbox.

Double-cradle chassis, telescopic front forks, and twin rear springs are the features assigned with the suspension duties for the W175. Single-channel ABS, halogen-type head and tail lights, conventional turn indicators, and a semi-digital instrument cluster also come equipped on the motorcycle.
