Notably, MSIL till date, has retailed more than one million units of its S-CNG range of cars since FY13, while in FY22 alone, it retailed 1,214,362 units of these vehicles.

Earlier, while announcing the Q2FY23 results, Srivastava noted that the company is witnessing high demand for its CNG vehicles, leading to a long waiting period for the PVs.
