Pinnacle Industries Joins Cityflo For Interior Design Of New Proprietary Bus

To design, develop and manufacture the seating & interiors of its new proprietary bus, Pinnacle Industries has announced its partnership with Mumbai-based app-based commute company - Cityflo. This partnership is a first-of-its-kind in the country for bus design built specifically for urban commuters.

Cityflo aims to add 1,500 such new buses in the next two years. The design, development, and manufacturing of the interiors of Cityflo’s new proprietary bus were done by Pinnacles Industries. Three seat prototypes were created before arriving at the final seat form, a communication from the vehicle maker said. 

The bus was built with various iterations to meet the required standard & expectations using the BharatBenz chassis. The existing bus interior was completely redesigned and converted to a new look. The new seat profile has an adjustable neck rest with memory foam cushions, stiff lumbar support, individual charging ports per passenger, a centre armrest between seats and an intuitive reclining and seat sliding mechanism.
