Porter, a marketplace for intra-city logistics, has partnered with GoMechanic to provide logistical support to the latter. GoMechanic will be using Porter’s enterprise solution in eight cities including Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi NCR and Mumbai.
With this partnership, Porter has helped GoMechanic in delivering and moving spare parts across vendors, warehouses, and to end customers. The duo claims that GoMechanic has successfully increased customer retention from 7% to 11% because of Porter's enterprise solutions.
