The Hyderabad based electric vehicle manufacturing startup Etrio Automobiles has announced that Prabhakar Kadapa has joined its Board of Directors.
With over 39 years of professional experience, the veteran automotive leader most recently served as the CEO & Managing Director at PSA AVTEC Powertrain and the CEO & Managing Director at AVTEC, where he created overseas manufacturing footprints and established international business for the company through M&A and JVs.
Notably, Kadapa also formerly held multiple senior leadership positions at Tecumseh Products India as CEO &MD, Delphi Automotive India as Country Manager, JCB India as Operations Director and Mahindra & Mahindra as GM - Satellite Plants and R&D Function, a press release from the star-up said.
Among other notable organisations he worked in the past include Bosch, L&T Construction Equipment, Timex Watches and Whirlpool India, the release added.
