Saera Electric Auto has entered into a contract manufacturing agreement with EMaaS (Electric Mobility as a Service) and CaaS (Charging/Energy as a Service) company ETO Motors.
While having its manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, ETO is collaborating with SAERA to expand its micro-assembly strategy for better regional deployment efficiencies.
The duo will also collaborate on developing battery solutions for vehicle brands beyond ETO. Under the collaboration, ETO Motors EVs will be manufactured at the Saera Electric Plant in Bawal (Haryana).
Deepankar Tiwari, Non-Executive Vice Chairman, ETO Motors, said, “ETO Motors will now thrive upon a future-ready manufacturing facility using the technologies and processes of Saera Electric, our first choice for collaboration.”
Nitin Kapoor, MD, Saera Electric Auto, added, “Saera’s fresh collaboration with a reputed brand like ETO Motors is another step towards our endeavor to ramp up clean mobility on the Indian roads.”
