Shriram Automall India announced that it has transacted business worth INR 100 crore during the ‘SAMIL Freedom Auction’ on August 13, 2022, by conducting 100 auctions at 100 locations pan India to provide freedom to buyers to bid on their preferred pre-owned vehicles & equipment.
Interestingly, Shriram Automall recorded footfalls of over 15,000 customers at 100 Automalls from Tier-I, II, and III cities across India in a single day.
According to the press release from Shriram Automall, over 10,000 pre-owned vehicles and equipment and other assets from a full spectrum of sellers across Consumers, Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, OEMs and Dealers, Leasing, Rental and Aggregator Companies, Brokers, Transporters, and Contractors were displayed and ramped.
Additionally, during the SAMIL Freedom Auction, the company provided Phygital Solutions (Physical plus Digital) integrating with new edge technologies like Desktop Live Bidding and MySAMIL App with an aim to create all-inclusive mobility solutions for buyers and sellers.
Sameer Malhotra, Director and CEO, SAMIL, said that the company sold over 3,300 inventories worth around INR 100 crore to 15,000 customers from 500 cities.
