The upcoming Swift is set to redefine the compact car segment with its innovative HEARTECT platform, promising a leap in vehicle performance, safety, and environmental friendliness. As Suzuki gears up for the 2025 launch, here's an in-depth look at the cutting-edge features and enhancements that make the new Swift a standout choice for modern drivers.

HEARTECT Platform

At the core of the new Swift's design is the HEARTECT platform, a marvel of engineering that combines lightness with exceptional rigidity. This advanced platform not only boosts the car's overall performance but also significantly enhances collision safety. Its meticulously designed underbody structure ensures smoother energy dispersion during impacts, providing superior protection to occupants.

Reduced NVH

Suzuki's strategic design minimises the engine compartment, allowing for an expansive cabin and generous luggage space. The new Swift also sets a new benchmark in ride comfort, thanks to comprehensive measures aimed at minimising noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). The application of sound and vibration adhesive materials, a first for Suzuki, contributes to a tranquil cabin environment, especially on uneven roads.

Aerodynamic Enhancements

Aerodynamics play a pivotal role in the new Swift's design, featuring Suzuki's inaugural use of a torsion beam cover and innovative spoilers to enhance airflow efficiency. These aerodynamic enhancements, coupled with new 16-inch alloy wheels and advanced technology tyres, contribute to reduced rolling resistance and improved fuel economy.

Engine & Hybrid System

The heart of the new Swift is its Z12E engine. This three-cylinder petrol engine offers superior fuel economy, robust torque, and reduced CO2 emissions. When paired with Suzuki's 12V Mild Hybrid system, the Swift achieves remarkable energy efficiency, with the manual transmission model boasting CO2 emissions of just 99g/km.

The upgraded Dual Sensor Brake Support system now employs millimetre-wave radar for enhanced detection capabilities. Additionally, the innovative Driver Monitoring System (DMS) and Lane Departure Warning/Prevention Function ensure vigilant monitoring of the driver's condition and the vehicle's lane position, reinforcing Suzuki's dedication to passenger safety.
