TVS Motor Launches Raider 125cc Motorcycle For LATAM Market

The bike is available in Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua with a 124.8 cc air & oil-cooled 3V engine.

Chennai-based two-wheeler manufacturer TVS Motor Company has launched the Raider for the Latin America (LATAM) market, including Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua.

Targeted at young customers, the bike is powered by an advanced 124.8 cc air & oil-cooled 3V engine mated to a 5-speed gearbox, putting out 12.9 PS @ 8,000 rpm and torque of 11.5 Nm @ 6,500 rpm. The company claims for a 0-60 kmph time of 5.7 seconds.

The bike gets 5-step adjustable mono-shock suspension, low friction front suspension, split seat and 17-inch alloy wheels.

Available in Striking Red, Blazing Blue, Wicked Black and Fiery Yellow, it features a LED headlamp and tail-lamp along with under-seat storage, USB Charger, Helmet reminder, 3V i-Touch Start and a reverse LCD digital speedometer.
