In response to the increasing emphasis on safety in the Indian automotive landscape, Uno Minda has released a cutting-edge Car DVR with Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) for the Indian aftermarket. The move aligns with the industry's shift toward prioritising advanced safety features to address the alarming rise in road accidents in India.

India currently leads the global charts in road accident-related fatalities, contributing to 11% of such incidents worldwide. This has prompted a surge in demand for technology-based rider aids and a move away from traditional driving methods. Uno Minda's latest offering, the Car DVR with ADAS, represents a significant step towards integrated safety, combining advanced technologies, sensors, and systems.

The Car DVR boasts impressive technical specifications, including 720P full HD resolution for optimal surveillance, a 170° lens angle for a broad field of vision, and support for SD cards up to 32GB for seamless recording. Its connectivity to Android screens via a USB cable enhances user-friendliness, allowing drivers to focus on the road.
