Volkswagen India has further strengthened its aftersales network by inaugurating two new service outlets in Bengaluru, located at Sarjapur Road and Banaswadi. This expansion increases Volkswagen's service presence in Karnataka to 18 service outlets, alongside 22 sales outlets, ensuring better accessibility and support for its customers.
The newly opened service outlets aim to provide a comprehensive and seamless ownership experience for Volkswagen customers in the region. These facilities will cater to a range of repair, maintenance, and paint shop needs, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.

Volkswagen India offers a variety of aftersales services designed to enhance customer convenience and transparency. These include online booking of service appointments, service value packages, and extended warranty options. Additionally, customers can utilise the Service Cam and Service Cost Calculator facilities to ensure a transparent and informed service experience.
Volkswagen's network expansion is part of its broader strategy to improve customer engagement and service accessibility across India. The brand is now represented in 158 cities with 145 service touchpoints and 213 sales and pre-owned car touchpoints nationwide.
