India Yamaha Motor (IYM) has issued a voluntary recall of approximately 300,000 units of 125cc scooters produced between January 1, 2022, to January 4, 2024. The recall, effective immediately, is a proactive measure to address a specific issue related to the brake lever function in select units of the Ray ZR 125 Fi Hybrid and Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid scooter models manufactured from January 2022 onward.
