Volkswagen Passenger Cars India has taken a significant leap in enhancing customer experience by introducing the innovative 'My Volkswagen' app. The app covers every aspect of the customer journey, offering a 360 experience and a host of features to keep users connected, informed, and in control.

The 'My Volkswagen' app serves as a comprehensive platform, empowering users with a range of services and features accessible at their fingertips. It begins with exploring Volkswagen's product portfolio, scheduling test drives, and utilising the 360 car visualizer for a detailed understanding. Users can seamlessly proceed to online booking, service schedules, and even make loyalty product purchases, all within the app.

The app goes beyond basic functionalities by offering financial tools for users. It allows them to monitor fuel usage, track expenses, calculate EMI's, estimate service costs, and evaluate pre-owned cars. This financial transparency provides users with insights and planning capabilities, ensuring they stay in control of their automotive expenditures.

With a focus on safety and connectivity, the 'My Volkswagen' app introduces features like location tracking, geo-fencing, time-fencing, and monitoring vehicle health and statistics. It also aids users in locating the nearest dealership, service workshop, and facilitates road-side assistance based on their requirements.
