Indian EV logistic start-up Zypp Electric has appointed Sameer Baweja as Senior Vice President to lead Technology and Products vertical.
In his new role, Baweja will be responsible for strategising the company’s upcoming operations and technological innovation to build last-mile EV solutions in 30 cities across India.
With a professional experience of 22 years, he has played a pivotal role in elevating the product and the product strategy of companies listed under Fortune 500, a communication from the company said.
Before joining the company, he was with Ameyo as Head of Product Engineering. He worked with mid-sized companies and start-ups like Harman and Tavant in product innovation and leading new product lines.
Earlier this year, the company announced that it had promoted Tushar Mehta as Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO).
