BMW Group India has unveiled its latest aftersales service initiative, 'Relax We Care', aimed at enhancing the ownership experience for its clientele across the nation. This campaign underscores the luxury automaker's dedication to customer satisfaction, offering a suite of innovative services designed to provide value, transparency, and peace of mind.

The 'Relax We Care' campaign is a testament to BMW's commitment to delivering best-in-class services, ensuring that customers enjoy uninterrupted 'Sheer Driving Pleasure'. Vikram Pawah, President of BMW Group India, emphasised the campaign's objective, stating, 'Our latest initiative is more than just a service promise; it's our commitment to standing by our customers, offering convenience, quality, and transparency at every step of the service process.'

Service Features

Online Appointment Scheduling: This digital tool allows customers to schedule their BMW service appointments with ease, offering flexibility in selecting the date, time, and services required. The platform also supports appointment modifications and guest bookings without registration.

Joy Rewards: BMW's loyalty program, Joy Rewards, offers customers substantial savings on maintenance and service costs, especially for vehicles older than five years. The program ensures that customer loyalty is rewarded with escalating discounts as the vehicle ages.

Smart Video: A pioneering feature in India's luxury car segment, Smart Video enhances service transparency. Customers receive a video detailing the service or repair requirements, enabling them to approve procedures remotely, thereby personalising the service experience.

ConnectedDrive: Utilising advanced sensors, ConnectedDrive proactively monitors the vehicle's condition, alerting owners to potential issues or service needs through the My BMW App, in-car notifications, or email.

Service Inclusive: BMW offers a range of service plans under its Service Inclusive and Service Inclusive Plus packages. These plans cover routine maintenance and additional repairs, ensuring comprehensive care for BMW and MINI vehicles.

Original BMW Engine Oil: To maximise performance and engine longevity, BMW encourages the use of Original BMW Engine Oils. These oils are engineered to enhance efficiency, protect against wear, and maintain engine cleanliness.
