The Indian e2W startup, e-Sprinto, has announced that it has received 1,000 bookings for its Amery e-scooter in two weeks. The company noted that Bangalore and Hyderabad emerged as the top contenders for the bookings.
While the company has started delivering the product with 100 units so far, it said that with the current demand, the waiting period is approximately one month.

Targeted towards unisex urban riders aged 20 to 35, Amery gets a ground clearance of 200mm and a lightweight structure of 98 Kg. Powered by a 2,500W BLDC hub motor, the scooter is claimed to accelerate from zero to 40 kmph in six seconds while reaching a top speed of 65 kmph.
