FUJIYAMA EV Launches ‘CLASSIC’ Electric Scooter At INR 79,999 mobility outlook

FUJIYAMA EV has unveiled its latest innovation – the ‘Classic’ electric scooter. Mating style with substance, the Classic is engineered to cater to the modern rider's needs, offering a blend of performance, technology, and affordability that promises to shake up the electric two-wheeler market.

The Classic stands out with its sophisticated design and a powerful electric motor that propels it to a maximum speed of 60 kmph. This is complemented by a robust 3000-watt peak power motor, ensuring that riders can navigate city landscapes with ease and efficiency. The scooter boasts a range of up to 110 km on a single charge, thanks to its advanced IoT-enabled Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery.

It features twin-barrel LED lights for superior night-time visibility and a combi-drum brake system for reliable stopping power. Furthermore, the scooter's quick charging capability – a full charge in just 4 hours – means riders can maximise their time on the move rather than waiting around for a recharge. Priced competitively at INR 79,999 (ex-showroom), the Classic is positioned as a value-for-money proposition in a market where electric two-wheeler prices have been on the rise.

Udit Agarwal, CEO of Fujiyama Power Group, emphasised the Classic's role in the company's mission to support a greener India. He pointed out the current market dynamics, where increasing consumer confidence in Electric Two-Wheelers (E2Ws) contrasts with the price surges in the high-speed scooter segment. Agarwal highlighted the Classic's launch as a strategic step to address affordability concerns, ensuring that Indian consumers don't have to compromise on quality while making a shift to sustainable transportation options.
