Messe Frankfurt India has announced the second season of the E-Mobility India Forum powered by the NGV India Summit, scheduled for September 29-30, 2022, at Le Meridien, New Delhi.

The forum aims to bring forth some of the most crucial industry-focused topics, including understanding consumer attitudes and perceptions towards EV adoption, localisation, developing charging infrastructure and new business models powered by the EV ecosystem. Besides, it will discuss safety concerns, standardisation and regulatory needs of EV industry as well as a detailed market overview and trend forecast, a press release from the event organiser stated.

Additionally, the conference will provide a platform for e-mobility and automotive companies to present their innovative clean mobility products and solutions before the industry, the release added.

The summit will attract delegates including Akilur Rahman, Chief Technology Officer, Hitachi, Atul Arya, Head – Energy Systems Division, Panasonic, Anmol Singh Jaggi, Co-Founder and CEO, BluSmart Mobility, Kaushik Madhavan, Vice President – Mobility, South Asia, Frost & Sullivan and Hemal N Thakkar, Director – Transport, Logistics & Mobility, CRISIL. 

Raj Manek, Executive Director and Board Member, Messe Frankfurt Asia, said, “The transition to e-mobility is already ensuing and factors such as component localisation, charging infrastructure, standardised safety processes will fast-pace this shift and create new business models and opportunities across the automotive ecosystem.”

The organiser said that the E-Mobility India Forum reinforces and complements Messe Frankfurt India’s 'Clean Mobility' portfolio of events, with 'NGV India Summit' already established as the apex annual leadership forum for the fast-growing natural gas vehicles industry and broader gas mobility sector.
