Steelbird Hi-Tech Limited has unveiled its latest SBA-20 Helmet. Pioneering a new era in rider protection, the SBA-20 merges advanced safety features with a touch of street style, embodying Steelbird's commitment to enhance the riding experience across the nation.
Constructed from high-impact thermoplastic material, the SBA-20 ensures protection with its robust and durable shell. The helmet has received BIS Certification (IS 4151:2015), attesting its compliance with the highest safety standards set by the Bureau of Indian Standards. Equipped with a dynamic airflow ventilation system, the SBA-20 guarantees optimal air circulation, keeping riders cool on their journeys.
The SBA-20 features a replaceable and washable interior with a wind deflector. A reflective component around the neck area enhances visibility during night rides, addressing a critical aspect of road safety. The polycarbonate (PC) anti-scratch coated visor, available in Smoke and Chrome Finish, ensures clear vision and added protection.
Rajeev Kapur, Managing Director of Steelbird Helmets, highlighted the alarming statistics of road fatalities in India, emphasising the urgent need for improved safety measures. 'This is the need of the hour, and we want to leave no stone unturned,' he stated.
The SBA-20 does not compromise on convenience, featuring a micrometric buckle for a secure and adjustable fit, a polycarbonate (PC) spoiler for a sporty look, an inner sun shield to combat glare, and a flip-up design for versatility. The aerodynamic design minimises wind resistance, enhancing stability, while aggressive, sporty graphics add a unique and attractive aesthetic.
Available in Medium (580mm), Large (600mm), and XL (620mm) sizes, the SBA-20 is priced from INR 1,869 to INR 2,459. It is available at all Steelbird outlets and online at the company’s website.
