TVS Eurogrip, India’s leading two- and three-wheeler tyre brand, launched adventure touring tyres and superbike tyres today in the presence of MS Dhoni and other players from the Chennai Super Kings franchise.
P Madhavan, EVP, Sales and Marketing, TVS Srichakra said the new range of tyres has been designed in Europe, and built to suit Indian conditions.
“Launching a range of adventure touring and superbike tyres is a big milestone for us, further augmenting our product range, which is already the widest in the category,” he said.
Madhavan said many of these products are already launched internationally, and the company has strong positive initial feedback from trade and consumers alike.
Of the new products launched, the Roadhound is a zero-degree steel belted radial tyre for superbikes with silica compound that claims to enhance wet grip. Likewise, the block type design on the Duratrail EB+ is claimed to offer superior grip in on-off road applications. The third range, called Terrabite DB+ is built for tough terrains and off-roads.
