Bosch India Realigns Mobility Business mobility outlook

Bosch is set to enhance its focus on regional growth and customer centricity with a strategic realignment of its mobility business. Effective January 1, 2024, Sandeep Nelamangala, currently the Joint Managing Director of Bosch Limited and Executive Vice President – Sales, Mobility Solutions, Bosch India, has been appointed to steer the mobility business in India, in addition to his existing responsibilities.

In his expanded role, Sandeep Nelamangala, who has been leading sales and has been associated with Mobility Solutions, will now oversee the realigned structure, managing technology and strategic developments for the region. Bosch aims to empower its regions to better serve existing and new customer needs by offering customised technologies and solutions.

Guruprasad Mudlapur, President of the Bosch Group in India and Managing Director of Bosch Limited, emphasised the significance of the realignment, stating, 'As we deepen our focus on developing indigenous and cost-effective solutions with this realignment globally, Sandeep’s leadership will be important to cater to our customers’ needs better and emerge as the preferred system solution provider for new-age technologies in India.'

Sandeep Nelamangala highlighted the customer-centric approach at the core of their strategy, stating, 'With a customer-focused culture at the heart of our strategy, backed by a large software team of Bosch in India, we strive to deliver innovation and seamless integration of hardware and software, in our goal to be the preferred partner for mobility and a one-stop solution for our customers’ needs'.
